Assessment may include: Tests.

Entry requirements:
Physics 11 and Maths 11 or Algebra 11. Students who have not taken Maths 12 or Algebra 12 previously are strongly urged to take it concurrently with Physics 12.

Programmes in which this course may be included:
Grades 11-12.

Textbooks:

Giancoli, Physics, Prentice-Hall;
Physics 12 Student Laboratory Manual, (revised edition 1985), Ministry of Education.

Languages:

English

Media and methods employed: Printed text, tutorial support, audio cassettes, video cassettes.
It is expected that students will supply their own basic materials such as pens, pencils, transparent metric ruler, scientific calculator protractor, geometry set (useful but not required), lined paper etc. Video tapes can be rented.
